Immersive DAW (test company, example details) (Teststraat 1, 1011 AB Amsterdam, Netherlands (example address), NL) runs this website and decides what happens with your details.
What we keep and why
When you fill in a form we keep your name, your email and what you wrote, to answer you and to give you what you asked for (a place, a course, a reply). If you came through one of our links, we also keep which one (only the campaign tags in its address). When you buy, the payment is handled by Stripe; we keep what you bought and when. We keep your details while we work together and up to two years after, unless the law asks us to keep them longer (invoices: seven years).
If you take a free download, you sign in with your email: we keep that you took it and when, to give it to you, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
Only with your yes in the cookie banner (change it any time under Cookie settings), this website uses:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): to count visits. TEST placeholder ID on this showcase.
- Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): to show our ads to people like you. TEST placeholder ID on this showcase.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.): to play an embedded video, only after your Marketing yes.
Without your yes none of these load, and visits are counted without knowing who you are. If you sign in as a member, one cookie keeps you signed in on the members area's own address only.
Who helps us
Company of One (our website and office), Cloudflare (the website and the check that you are a person), Stripe (payments) and our email service. Each works only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or remove your details, take a copy, or object, by emailing companyofoneeu@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
